The thumb twirl is torture especially if you're looking for a specific song in your playlist. It might be your favorite, but to me doesn't justify a finger cramp. I haven't checked if it flows it back into the smart playlist on the device yet but I am curios to know. Plus, I like the touch over my classic nano because of the information appliance aspects.
