Nice article over on msnbc about how the [olice over there can’t take some advertising. Just another reminder that no president will be electeed from the Northeast.

My company has been trying to adopt scrum for the past year or so. We had a pretty standard “waterfall” sdlc with heavy requirements up front. Then the pendulum swung to the other side where we had no documentation so people kept spining their wheels trying to figure out the last conversation. Now we are coming to a place of acceptance where paper rules again, but instead of words we use pictures. We’ll probably combine the best features gathered from extreme prototyping and paper prototyping
